Abstract

Abstract—The paper has the objective of heat transmission analysis using CompactRIO and Labview in a natural illumination tube system, to compare in future the commercial Solatube illumination system with our prototype developed in question of internal and external tube temperature. The measurement is realized by the development of a program in Labview environment using temperature sensors lm35 and CompactRio FPGA processor. To do this, is followed stages of data analysis, comparison with already developed works, material selection, system construction, tests and finally discussions about the solution. Finally, we present the results of a real-scale comparative experimental study on the impact of the use of tubular solar pickup systems on thermal comfort in building facilities
