Abstract

In the last two decades, different organizations have used computing management resources systems based on client-server architecture. The Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral uses a computer management system; which has been adapted to versions Windows OS to manage computer labs. However, these adaptations have not considered improvements in the system architecture, to correct pre-existing communication problems. This paper states a solution based on a distributed model of computer management using the architecture of the FIWARE platform, to provide a smart system that converts a computer on an IoT device to improve the system communication. Finally, communication tests show that the proposed model can be implemented on a large scale, due to the distributed architecture, resources management, and real-time processing to manage events.
